Giveaway "Fashion Design - Last one to comment wins".
General Scope
1. The contest "Fashion Design - The last person to comment wins" is organized and promoted by Science4you S.A.
2. The contest will be promoted on Science4you's digital communication channel Tiktok between 5:00 PM on June 14 and 12:00 AM on June 21, 2023.
3. The purpose of the draw is to promote the brand's Tiktok Social Network, the product and its sales by rewarding one follower.
Validity and conditions of participation
1. The competition is valid for all residents in Europe, except for Science4you employees and their immediate family (including first-degree relatives);
2. Science4you may at any time exclude an individual from participation due to a breach of any of the conditions of participation or in case of abuse, fraud or false participation in the hobby;
3. The hobby is valid for all customers who comply with the following points:
Follow Science4you's Tiktok (@science4youu);
Like the publication of the contest;
Comment on the contest publication.
Participants can enter more than once to increase their chances of winning. All entries that are in accordance with this regulation will be considered valid;
Failure to comply with any of the conditions will invalidate participation in the drawing.
Deadlines
The contest begins at 5pm on June 14 and ends at 12pm on June 21, 2023;
The winner will be announced in the following days, on Science4you's Tiktok, and the winner will be contacted by Science4you via direct message to share personal information so that the prize can be sent;
The prize will be delivered as soon as we receive all the necessary information from the winner.
Choosing the winners
The winner of this contest will be the last person to comment on the post about the contest. At 12:00 noon on 21.06 will be closed the option to comment on the post to be able to approve the winner.
1 (one) winner will be chosen according to the chronological order of the comments on the post on instagram. Only 1 Fashion Design Tie-Dye kit will be awarded;
The conditions of participation will always be checked. If the selected winner does not meet all the conditions, a new selection will be made based on the same parameters.
Prize
1 (one) prize will be awarded to 1 (one) winner: Fashion Design
The value of the prize cannot be converted into money, nor exchanged for another toy of the brand.
Science4you is not responsible for any incident after the winner has received the prize.
Data treatment and protection
By participating, participants authorize the use of their data for internal processing within the scope of this Science4you prize draw;
The data requested are required in order to participate in this Prize Draw and any personal data provided will be treated in full compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation):
Science4you undertakes to take the necessary security measures to protect the data from destruction, alteration or dissemination, as well as to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by participants in the context of this Sweepstakes and will not provide it to third parties.
Participants who hold personal data that may be provided in connection with this sweepstakes are guaranteed the right to access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, portability and opposition to the processing of their data, which may be exercised by contacting the brand;
The data provided as part of the raffle will only be kept for a period of one month after the end of this Contest;
Science4you is obliged to provide participants with all the information concerning their personal data, collected under the terms of article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Final Considerations
Science4you reserves the right to suspend this action in case of irregularities in the participation process, as well as for any other cause beyond the company's control;
Any suspension of the initiative or change in the conditions and deadlines will be announced on Science4you's communication channels;
